Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Fence Quote Pro mobile application ("the App") operated by Fence Quote Pro ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fence Quote Pro is a mobile application that helps fence contractors:

• Calculate fence materials based on measurements
• Generate professional PDF quotes
• Manage job information and client details
• Track job status and pricing

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Verify all calculations: Material calculations are estimates. You are responsible for verifying quantities before purchasing materials or presenting quotes to clients.
• Provide accurate information: You are responsible for the accuracy of client information, measurements, and pricing you enter.
• Use the App lawfully: You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Maintain confidentiality: You are responsible for protecting your clients' personal information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

The free tier allows you to create up to 2 jobs with limited features.

Pro Subscription

• Monthly: $14.99/month
• Yearly: $119.00/year (save 33%)

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fence Quote Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the App, including client information, job details, and company branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Material calculations will be 100% accurate for all fence types and conditions
• The App will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FENCE QUOTE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Costs incurred due to incorrect material calculations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fence Quote Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fence Quote Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
