How do I upgrade to Pro?

Tap the "Upgrade" button on the home screen or go to Settings and tap "Upgrade to Pro." You can choose between monthly ($14.99/mo) or yearly ($119/yr) plans.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Select Fence Quote Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

How accurate are the material calculations?

Our calculations are based on industry-standard formulas and ratios. However, actual material needs may vary based on site conditions, waste, and local building codes. Always verify quantities before purchasing materials.

Can I customize the PDF quote with my logo?

Yes! Go to Settings → Company Info and add your company name, contact details, and license number. This information will appear on all your PDF quotes.

How do I export a PDF quote?

Open a job, tap "Preview Quote," then tap "Export PDF." You can share it via text, email, AirDrop, or save it to your Files app.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly exporting important quotes as PDFs for backup. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your app data may be included in your device backups.

The app crashed or isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Force close the app and reopen it. 2) Restart your device. 3) Check for app updates in the App Store. If the issue persists, please contact us with details about what happened.
